HCC Docs

Introduction

HCC is a contact center for US sales teams that you run from code. Your reps take calls at a Desk, your supervisors watch the Floor, and your own AI agents can take any call. What happens on each call lives in your code, through our REST API, SDK and webhooks.

How it fits together

  • The dashboard is for setup. Connect your Twilio account and agent platforms, import numbers, invite your team, and create API keys and webhook endpoints.
  • Your code is the call logic. Call flows, queues and campaigns are TypeScript you deploy with the hcc command. Your server answers each call event.
  • Reps work in the dashboard. The Desk has a softphone, screen pops and wrap-up. Supervisors have the Floor and Reports.
  • Bring your own telephony and agents. Calls run on your own Twilio account, and you pay Twilio directly. Agents stay on your platform, such as ElevenLabs or any SIP agent. We never write or edit them.

Start here

  1. Quickstart: make a first call in test mode, with no phone and no Twilio account.
  2. Twilio and numbers: connect your account for real calls.
  3. Call flows: write real call logic.
